Agarwal Building Design is an Engineering and Architectural Design and Planning Consultants which is founded by Er. Mahesh Agarwal. We design houses, bungalows, conservatories, roof rooms, or any type of extension you wish and also factory and commercial developments.

What We Do

We provide Architectural services for Residential Buildings, Building Plans, Estimates (BOQ), Surveying for fields (Layouts), 3Dimensional Elevations, Structural Designing, Building Constructions on Service Charges or on Men and Material Contract are some of the services we offer.

How We Work

After contacting Agarwal Building Design, we will first visit your site and discuss what you hope to achieve from your development. We need to gather as much information as possible about the existing property or land so that we can ensure that the proposed development is exactly what you expect. Plan and Site Services will supply you with an outline plan for discussion and if any amendments are required, they will be dealt with in accordance to your instructions. We want to be sure our proposal is in line with your expectations before submitting a planning application to the local authority.

All aspects of legislation that exists which may affect your ideas will explained to you, and how to overcome any problems. We can also suggest alternatives which may enhance your ideas. Agarwal Building Design have access to all the latest legislation and are in constant consultation with the local authorities regarding planning applications.
